Shipping policy
SHIPMENT PACKAGING
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. This means you might not receive all your products in the 1 package.

The shipping times that are displayed are after any processing times for your order.

These are estimated delivery times only, therefore Lvl Industries Inc. is not guaranteeing delivery dates. Don't worry, we will always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery dates.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, however during busy periods it might take a little longer.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We are very sorry if this happens, we're a small company so unfortunately during these times, we may not be able to move at our usual pace with shipping out orders.
If this situation does occur for you, we request you allow an additional couple of days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, and have not contacted you about your order, please feel free to contact us.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
If when placing your order, you selected "Standard Shipping" with no tracking, you will only receive tracking information that will stop showing updates once your order is out for delivery.
If you selected to receive tracking with your order, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Please note -
If you ordered more then one item, you may receive more than one tracking code as we store different products in different warehouses.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Our items are shipped out sometimes the next business day, so you will need to contact us quickly.
We can not accept cancellations once your order has started its shipping process. Please still contact us, we will do our best to help you out.
DAMAGES / REFUNDS
If any products are damaged or lost during shipping we will be happy to send you a new item, free of charge. If it is damaged on arrival, all we ask for is proof of the defect, in the form of a video, which can be sent to us via our contact us form.
However, if you place an order and change your mind, we are unable to offer a refund if your order has already started the shipping process, and we can not interfere with logistics, etc. in the necessary time frame.
If this is the case for you, please wait for your order to be delivered, then as stated in our refund policy, you have 14 days from the order being delivered, to request a refund and ship your order back to us.
